Mitchell County Public Library 2024 Summer Reading Program schedule

"Texas Our Texas" is the theme so it's all about Texas this Summer!

All programs will be held either at the library or on the courthouse lawn.

June 5- Native Animals of Texas presented by the Abilene Zoo

June 12- Colorado City FFA/Mitchell County 4-H

June 26- Native Plants of Texas presented by the Colorado City Garden Club

July3- Texas Bootmaker presented by Ramblin' Trails Custom Boots of Fort Worth Texas

July 10- Texas Camel Corp presented by Doug Baum/Courthouse lawn

July 17- Texas Storm Chaser presented Chelsea Burnett

July 24- Texas Landscape Art Program presented by FireSky Art

July 31- West Texas Cowboys presented by real rootin tootin West Texas Cowboys!
